And He (is) the One Who sends the winds (as) glad tidings (from) between (hands) His Mercy, and We send down from the sky water pure.
And He it is who sends forth the winds as a glad tiding of His coming grace; and [thus, too,] We cause pure water to descend from the skies
And He it is Who sendeth the winds, glad tidings heralding His mercy, and We send down purifying water from the sky
And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky,
And He is the One Who sends the winds ushering in His mercy, and We send down pure rain from the sky,
And it is He who sends forth the winds, bringing the good news of His mercy. And We send down from the sky pure water
It is He who sends the winds as heralds of His mercy and We send down pure water from the sky
And He it is Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy; and We send down pure water from the cloud
And it is He Who sent the winds, bearers of good tidings in advance of His Mercy. And We caused to descend undefiled water from heaven
He is the One Who has sent the winds as heralds announcing His mercy. We send pure water down from the sky,
And it is He Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings before His Mercy, and We send down pure water (rain) from the sky,
And He it is Who sends the winds as glad tidings ahead of His Mercy. And We send down from Heaven pure water
It is He who sends the winds as heralds ahead of His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water.
And it is He who sends the winds, bringing advance news of His mercy; and We send down from the sky pure water
And He it is Who sent the winds as heralds of glad tidings in between both the hands of His Mercy (i.e., just before the approaching rains). And We sent down from towards the sky — (rain-) water completely pure and clean —
He is the One Who sends the winds as heralds announcing His Mercy and sends down pure water from the sky
And He is the One Who has sent the winds, bearing good tidings before (Literally: between the two hands of His mercy) His mercy; and We have sent down from the heaven water most pure
It is He who sends the winds to you with the glad news of His mercy and who sends purifying rain from the sk

And it is He Who sends the winds as messages of glad news (and tidings), that go before His Mercy (of the rain), and We send down pure water from the sky—
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure wate

AndHe is the One who sent the winds to spread between the hands of His mercy. And We sent down from the sky water which is pure

And it is He Who has sent winds bearing glad tidings before His Mercy, and We sent down water from the sky purifying.

It is He who loosens the winds, bearing glad tidings before the Hands of His Mercy, and We have sent down pure water from the heaven

And He is who sent the winds/breezes (as) a good news between His mercy's hand, and We descended from the sky pure/clean water
He is the One who sends the winds with good omens of His mercy. Then He sends down from the sky pure water

And He is the One Who sends the breezes as good news before (the rain of) His mercy. And it is We Who send down pure (and cleansing) water from the sky
And it is He Who sends the winds as happy heralds of His mercy, and We send down from above water (also representing Divine revelation) for the purification (of the souls as well)
And it is He Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy (rain), and We send down pure water from the sky

And it is He Who sends forth the winds as a forerunner of His mercy heralding a joyful event, -rain, vegetation, fertilization- and We send down from the floor of the vault of heaven pure fresh water
And He it is Who has made the night a covering for you and the sleep a (source of) rest and He has made the day for rising up again.
And He is the one who sent the winds with glad tidings before His mercy; and We send down from the sky pure water,
And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky,
And He (is) the One Who sends the winds (as) glad tidings before His Mercy, and We send down from the sky water pure
